Faculty who know their fall 2018 teaching schedules are advised to submit textbook orders in advance. For step-by-step instructions on how to do so, click below.

During the academic year (fall 2018 – spring 2019), nine-month faculty may choose to have designated amounts deducted from their paychecks to receive pay over summer 2019. UCF will hold the money until the summer when the money will be repaid to the employee in five equal payments. The deadline to enroll in the twelve-month payment option plan is Friday, June 29, 2018.

When filling a purchase, reimbursement or travel authorization form, make sure to fill out the Benefit to UCF/Purpose part. If left blank or filled vaguely, the reimbursement will be held until further explanation is provided.
