Click here Subsidized training available for manufacturers impacted by steel and aluminum tariffs Manufacturers impacted by the steel and aluminum tariffs can now take advantage of training sessions for half the price thanks to a new, one-time government subsidy. Many companies not directly impacted suffered nonetheless by impacts through the supply chain. This special subsidy was developed to help companies build capacity and regain their competitive footing, through funded skill development and training. WHO CAN BENEFIT

PROGRAM AVAILABILITY
Eligible programs were determined based on input from a broad-cross section of the manufacturing community, and programs were then short-listed based on the limited period available for funding outlined by the federal government. EXECUTIVE SUPPORTS ALSO ELIGIBLE CME is also able to subsidize enhanced executive training. Senior-level leadership can learn from outside expertise by accessing CME’s network of senior leadership coaches to build capacity through professional development. Companies are required to contribute 50% of the daily rate to a maximum 20-day engagement. This service is intended to build internal capacity through senior level coaching and training.
