September 17- Last Day for regular fee AGM registration

Chapter Reporting OVERDUE! :(

Thank you to all the Chapters who got their reporting in on time. Thank you also to those Chapters who did not get their reporting done on time but realized it and then went into a mad panic and got it to me late, but in a timely fashion ;) There are 20 Chapters who are fully up to date right now!

There are still 13 Chapters however, with missing bits and pieces of their 2011-2012 reporting, and there are 10 Chapters who have not sent me anything yet at all.

Check and see how your Chapter is doing at: http://bit.ly/O2qMky

Emails directly to members

By the request of several chapters, we have decided to start emailing the Important Updates to your chapter memberships directly. Hopefully this will save you busy chapter execs some time! Don't forget though that some of your community partners may not be on our membership list so share, post, tweet away to make sure your whole community has access to what's going on at CPF BC/Yukon!

Membership Drive

Our membership drive is on NOW, and will run through to October 31st!  Up-to-date membership lists have been sent to each chapter.  This focused campaign is a great opportunity to meet new parents, find energetic new volunteers, raise funds, and build support for French education in your communities.

In addition, we have fantastic prizes available for the chapters that recruit the most members, and for individual members who sign up or renew! To learn about prizes, useful recruitment strategies, top reasons to join CPF, and other great membership resources, please see our website at: Membership Drive

Remember, 80% of all membership fees are returned to directly to your chapter. This campaign is an excellent opportunity to recruit new volunteers, to raise funds, and to meet new French immersion parents.  If you have any comments or questions about the membership drive, please feel free to contact Kirsty at outreach@cpf.bc.ca. Good luck!
