Hi there,
We are excited to welcome two new Legal Executives to the Smith and Partners team: Jennifer Edwards and Dawn Fullam. Jennifer and Dawn will be focusing on residential conveyancing, alongside Fiona Taylor
who has been with us since 2010. Whether you are buying or selling you’ll appreciate their speed of response, level of communication and overall efficiency in dealing with your property transaction.
For our business clients we are running a Business Taster Series over winter with three free evening seminars covering the basics of business law. You can choose to come to one or all three seminars for a quick update on common legal concerns for business owners in 2015: knowing when a handshake is enough and when a contract is required; the basics of copyright, trademarks and IP; debt collection, mediation and dispute litigation.
Each seminar will run from 4 to 6pm and include drinks and finger food to encourage networking before and after the informative 30-40 minute presentation. There will also be time for a questions and answers from the floor. Places are limited. To register your interest in attending one or more of these seminars please complete the simple form on our website here.
This month we’re saying farewell to Greg Muller, a valued member of the Smith and Partners team since 2001, and a Partner since 2004. We wish Greg all the best in his future endeavors.
For the rest of dedicated team it is ‘business as usual’ where delivering clear communication and appropriate advice to clients like you is our number one priority.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help with any legal matters - family, property or business related.
Best regards,
Peter & Wade. |
