CIBC in partnership with the Calgary Chamber presents former United States Energy Secretary and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Dr. Steven Chu, along-side the former Canadian Minister of Environment, Hon. Jim Prentice in a discussion on the future of the North American energy industry.

For the four years Chu held his post in President Obama's cabinet,  he was instrumental in shaping the United States energy policy. He will discuss how he advised the President regarding Canada’s role in US energy security, and what he believes Obama’s future priorities will be, as well as how greenhouse gas regulations will change the North American energy market.
