During a recent conversation with one of our newest enterprise customers, the CIO explained that they have many teams in India and the U.S. who they need to engage closer with because of travel limitations. “The ability of Continuous Improvement to help me engage my distributed teams and accelerate maturity virtually is very significant to me at this time.”

With the recent Coronavirus outbreak, companies have shifted to virtual teamwork and collaboration. The need to create high-performing distributed Agile teams is now bigger than ever.

So we decided to dedicate this newsletter to specific solutions on how you can mitigate any business disruption by doubling down on Continuous Improvement efforts and enabling effective engagement with distributed teams.

We hope everyone will stay safe during these uncertain times. Our heartfelt prayers go out to those who have been impacted by this global pandemic.

  3. Enabling teams to help themselves by providing self-learning resources for their targeted areas of improvement.
  4. Training managers and coaches on how to focus on removing organizational obstacles.
  5. Doubling down on developing Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Managers and Coaches.
