In case you missed it2018 property tax relief: A big win for your businessOn March 19th, City Council approved another year of business property tax relief. This “Municipal Non-Residential Phased Tax Program” (PTP) is estimated to benefit close to 7,500 businesses and provide $41 million in tax relief. Without the support of this program in 2017, approximately 6,000 businesses would have seen their property taxes increase significantly, some as much as 200%.
