Male singers needed for University choir

According to recent studies singing in a choir can help boost your oxytocin levels, which help control stress and anxiety.

So come along to the University Choir and get practicing for their next concert. They’re looking for singers, both male and female, to perform Carmina Burana, music covering the pleasures and perils of drinking, gluttony, gambling and lust.

No prior experience is necessary and you'll be made to feel welcome.  Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays at 7.30pm in the Ustinov Room, Bonar Hall.

A reminder to all cyclists that you should only cycle on the road, or in cycle lanes/paths, and not on pavements. This follows complaints from a member of the public.

You should also be visible, use lights, and avoid dark clothing.

Dr Bike sessions take place on Campus Green on the second Wednesday of every month, when free cycling items, including lights are given away. Contact Trudy Cunningham if you would like lights or a hi-vis waistcoat.
