DPP Notice – Early Provision of Transcripts of Confessional Material in Solely Indictable MattersAs of 1 July 2019, the WA Police Force assumed responsibility for the transcription of the following material in prosecutions of solely indictable charges, and indictable charges being dealt with on indictment: - Audio and audiovisual recordings of confessional material required to be served under the Criminal Procedure Act 2004; and
- Audio and audiovisual
recordings of evidentiary material which is to be adduced in the prosecution.
