The MK-CTP is a compact tray packer that completes multiple processes on one frame. The tray former on the unit positively forms tray blanks on the lug conveyor. Loading is done via a servo pusher with optional reverse loader for tall product. The MK-CTP features an Allen Bradley Controls Package with Servo Motors on major actuated components. Product Feature: CP-TLG - Top Load Case Erector and Packer
 
This month's product feature is on the CP-TLG. This case packer provides case erecting, loading, and sealing on one monobloc frame. The case packer also features a layer sheet inserting system to mitigate product damage. An extended Flat-Stack Magazine allows the case packer to continuously run without interruption.
