The Arizona Department of Economic Security is now offering utility assistance to renters statewide. Renters can apply online for help with their electric, gas, water, sewer and trash removal bills. Customers can join us in equipping Arizona students with the tools to succeed. Through our TEP Gives program, we’ll make a donation to a local nonprofit group for each account holder who signs up for Budget Billing, e-bill or Auto Pay.
