A big year ahead for the SDGs in Scotland and beyond

Here at the Alliance, more widely in Scotland and across the UK, 2019 gets underway with a bang when it comes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

Over the course of this month, and beyond, there are important ways for you to get involved and raise awareness of this holistic and ambitious agenda.

Minister for International Development addresses Alliance AGM

In December, the Alliance held its AGM, where we saw the launch of our new safeguarding package, and were joined by nobel prize winner Rae MacGrath, and Minister for International Development, Ben Macpherson MSP. 

The Minister gave thanks to Alliance members for all that you do "to help build an outward looking Scotland and for working together collaboratively for the benefit of others and the common good”.
