- Get ahead in your studies with the library
A series of ‘How Do I’ guides are now available from the Library. These guides will show you how to find and assess different types of information to help with study. You can access the guides via MyUni (go to Assignment Help > Library Gateway) and for more information, visit the library website or ask the library.
- Don't touch the bats!
The heatwave has meant that a number of flying foxes have been found on our campus in distress or dying - if you see one do not touch it.
Flying foxes carry a disease similar to rabies which can be fatal to humans, even without being bitten or scratched by them. More information.
- Crisis support phone line for students
The University Crisis Line offers out of hours support, available 365 days a year from 5pm to 9 am Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends and public holidays. The service is free and you can contact them on 1300 167 654 or Text 0488 884 197

Equal Access Grant applications are now open for first year undergraduate students experiencing financial difficulties. For more information contact Student Care.
Removal of bike locks
Bike parking is available on campus, however spaces cannot be ‘reserved’ by leaving locks on them overnight or on weekends. Bike locks left on bike racks are periodically removed and bikes left on University grounds for over 30 days are deemed 'abandoned' and are gifted to a not-for profit organisation.

Top 100 Future Leaders CompetitionEight students from the University of Adelaide were selected as finalists in the Top 100 Future Leaders Competition, completing a series of activities that mirror the graduate recruitment process. Congratulations to Natalie Ormond, Ellysia Oldsen, Alexa Nguyen, Chuyue Qin, Keilah David, Zhamilya Sabazova, Victoria Myers and Emiliana Soulio who were shortlisted from over 2000 students and flown to Sydney to compete against Australian University students. If you would like to know more about entering the 2020 competition, visit the Careers Service just outside Hub Central near the wooden steps.
