*NEW* Health Professions Group Advising

Throughout the fall and spring semesters, Penn State PreHealth Advising offer a series of group advising sessions.
NEW for the 2018-19 school year: Students considering medical, dental, podiatry, and physician assistant professions must attend a Med Prep or PA Prep group advising session prior to meeting one-on-one with PreHealth Advising.

SPRING 2019 GROUP ADVISING DATES ARE UP!

Group Advising sessions occuring in the next two weeks:

  • Med App: Tuesday, February 5, 6:00-7:15pm in 104 Thomas
  • Personal Statement Workshop: Tuesday, February 12, 6:00-7:15pm in 262 Willard

*NEW* July-September 2019 MCAT Registration Dates

From the AAMC: 

"Registration for July-September 2019 MCAT dates will open on February 6, 2019. To assist students in securing a test center and location faster once scheduling becomes available, we encourage them to log into the MCAT Registration System and fill out biographical, background, and consent information in advance.

It is important to note that the MCAT Registration System will be unavailable after 11:59 pm ET on Monday, February 4, as we make final preparations. The system will not come back online until the full calendar is made available on February 6.

If you qualify for fee assistance, please be sure to apply and complete the FAP process prior to scheduling your MCAT.
