Here you will find a space for all leaders (both aspiring and established) to take stock and reflect on their leadership practice, review strengths and areas of development against the leadership framework and begin to their development journey. Group Professional and Organisation Development Team Webinar: Line Managers (Level 5)Arising from the success of the line manager webinars for the Chartered Manager Degree apprentices recently introduced, we are happy to announce a new webinar for the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship standard, to support apprentice line managers. This webinar is aimed at the line managers of the Level 5 Operations/Departmental apprentices and will provide information with regards to programme content and methodology of the job aspects and the future Business Project which incorporates the End Point Assessment.

Apprenticeships Academic Professional Development - new trainingFrom our Programme of Academic Professional Development Workshops - August to December 2019, we would like to highlight the two following events:
1. HEA - Associate Fellowship: Online This is a new online training course leading to the Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA-Advance HE), run by Susan Bray. You will be asked to complete this training from October 21st to November 15th and to attend a webinar that is being run on November 13th from 10-11 AM. If you are not sure which category of Fellowship to apply for you may find this link from Advance HE useful. More booking details here. 2. Light Bites - Autumn 2019 Programme Light Bites is a series of lunchtime workshops where we explore technology and how it can be used to support our teaching practice. Facilitated by Ian Upton, each workshop session focusses on a specific technology or application which we explore together as a group.
