EUPAVE’s Environmental Strategy WG has worked on an infographic showing how concrete pavements make road more sustainable. This infographic will be released to the public during our EU Debate in December.

Translations in Turkish, German, Dutch, Spanish and French are available.

The Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure with the support of the Turkish General Directorate of Highways (KGM), the Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association (TÇMB) and the European Concrete Paving Association (EUPAVE) held in Ankara on November 13th the first Concrete Roads Congress and Exhibition of the country. The event, with theme “Superstructure Solutions for the Benefit of Society” gathered around 1000 participants.

The European Concrete Paving Association, EUPAVE organised on 7th October 2019 a workshop on “Long-Life and Circular Concrete Pavements for Sustainable Cities and Regions” during PIARC XXVIth World Road Congress in Abu Dhabi.

Since the first World Road Congress held in Paris in 1908, PIARC (World Road Association) organises every four years in a member country a World Road Congress with the aim to share techniques and experiences worldwide in the field of road infrastructures and road transport.

The platform was created for city, county, and consultant engineers, academia, or anyone involved in design of roadway, industrial, and parking area pavements. PavementDesigner improves upon traditional pavement design software programs.

The National Pavement Technology Center (CP Tech Center) composed a curated list of publications from its EXTENSIVE LIBRARY, along with links to other concrete organizations’ online educational repositories, so all concrete professionals have access to the fundamental knowledge necessary to optimize their pavement-related decisions at their fingertips!
