Outreach College Crew - Accepting Applications
Currently, we are accepting applications to our Outreach College Crew (OCC). This group is a peer-to-peer resource for young adults (ages 18-25) to use their voices in broadening our agency’s mission across the South Hills of Pittsburgh. It’s the perfect opportunity for emerging professionals who are passionate about mental health and want to advocate for positive mental wellness programs and resources in our local communities.
Members of the OCC work with Outreach to plan community events that spread awareness about both Outreach and mental health; record and produce our monthly podcast, “Teens Tap In”; attend monthly OCC meetings to collaborate with like-minded individuals; volunteer and speak at Outreach’s annual gala; attend Outreach Board of Directors meetings; and more! This offers great real-world experience and early exposure for any undergraduate or graduate student interested in pursuing a career in counseling.
For more information, please refer to the OCC Toolkit.
Right now, we are actively recruiting for the 2025-26 term of the OCC – Only 6 spots are available!
