COVID-19 UPDATE FOR UNITEC STUDENTS

As you will have heard from the Prime Minister a short time ago, Auckland is moving to Alert Level 3 for three days from noon tomorrow, Wednesday 12 August.

What this means for you

Classes are suspended until further notice.  We will continue to keep you updated on further news as it comes to hand.  In the meantime, we would urge you to follow the guidance outlined on the Ministry of Health and COVID-19 websites including:

• Practice stringent hand hygiene 
• If you or a family member is unwell, stay at home
• Practice physical distancing of 2m where possible
• Use of masks is encouraged
• Download NZ COVID tracer app

Please ensure that your contact details are up to date in your Unitec portal. It is important that Unitec holds up-to-date contact details including your phone, email and address in the event that contact tracing is required.
