Partners Can Help With Peyronie's Treatment, Study Suggests
Communication between partners is important for Peyronie's disease treatment, researchers say.
They recommended that female partners be involved with a man's consultation and treatment plan.
Their study, recently published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, involved 44 heterosexual couples. The man was attending his first consultation for Peyronie's disease, accompanied by his female partner.
Both members of the couple completed assessments on the effects of Peyronie's disease on their sexual relationship.

In the Forum
Two new conversations began in the ISSM Member Forums this week.
In the Men's Sexual Health forum, a member asks about testosterone therapy for a 56-year-old man with acromegaly.
In the Women's Sexual Health forum, members are discussing sexual dysfunction in the context of conservative communities and cultures.
