Membership & GMS registration FAQs

Membership - online only. No paper applications and no cash payments 

Using a laptop or desk top; 

Go to Website -  https://cleverfc.rfu.club

Click membership tab and select package
Select purchase (top right)

You will be redirected to the RFU GMS Cleve membership page

Login (if username/email address known) or choose memberships and create an account using adult / parent  details and set password

Nb. If you have locked your GMS account you will need to contact the GMS through the help portal (see below)

Choose membership package 
Add to basket
View basket
Checkout
Choose payment option
Online card or direct debit in full or 3 installments

At this point you can download or print a receipt for proof of payment

Additional notes;

Capped family membership - no family living at the same address will pay more than £230 for membership. Please select each person in your family and add to the same basket.

Two or more playing memberships will attract a 20% discount. If a parent requires two or more of the same age group packages then GMS will calculate the discount at the point of checkout.

If you are mixing and matching packages it will not calculate the discount and you will need to pay the full amount and the club will then provide a bank transfer back on production of your package receipts. (Please speak to Simon Wilstead or Lisa Foxwell if you are doing this so we can arrange your bank transfer back to you)

​Any member of the club can apply for the full voting non playing membership but will need to be supported by two members of the Executive Committee (except senior playing members who automatically receive voting membership)

Mini and junior player membership include one free social membership for one parent / guardian. This option can be selected at the same time you purchase a child membership.

Chose your child’s account. 
Re register 
Update details and consents
You will then receive an email to confirm their registration.

All players have been de-registered from the club therefore whilst buying  membership you will also need to re-register your child for this season. This will also give you the opportunity to update your child’s details and photo.

The registration will be authorised by your age group Team Manager once memberships have been paid.

Age group team managers will be able to  tell you which email address is registered for your child

Parents / players will get an email confirming registration once accepted by Team Manager

To view memberships in GMS

Go to dashboard options (top left before England rose)

Click on people icon
Go to membership list (this will show who has paid their memberships)
Active are those who have paid
Pending are those awaiting payment

We will be accepting new registration from 5th September
