for the great conversation you had with her about the Marketing Designer position at Rover.

The time it takes me to dig through my hamper to find the perfect toy is not unlike a day being spent talking to potential candidates. I understand it takes time to find exactly what you’re looking for, even if it means pulling each one out and spreading them all over the living room floor (my mom loves when I do this).

Because I have a day full of leisure planned, I'll keep this brief with a few important facts about my mom for you to consider:

She not only brings you 5+ years experience in design on an in-house creative team but my handsome face as well
She knows how to behave in a pack and is comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
She always carries a bag of treats to help redirect my attention, which I believe is why she has great understanding on how iterate on designs based on performance data
Her ability to play catch is almost as great as her experience designing creative for email marketing and thorough understanding of email best practices
She believes design is as much about behavior and emotion as it is about acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty (and let’s me be honest, dogs)
