IBM and the City of Melbourne launched a new interactive online experience for MSFW 2014, signifying the beginning of a partnership with IBM as Official Innovation and Technology Partner. IBM used social media analytics technology to examine online conversations in real-time across Twitter and Instagram throughout the event, providing valuable insights to help the MSFW team understand consumer sentiment and plan for the future.
