Brisbane O&G Hands-On-Training-Session for RANZCOG Registrars
|

ASUM invites ITP registrars to an exclusive workshop that will focus on O&G registrars who need the RANZCOG ultrasound module cleared.
Arranged by Dr Renuka Sekar from the RBWH and co-presented by A/Prof Sue Campbell Westerway the workshop will cover basic physics, identifying the uterus in both longitudinal and transverse planes, gestational sac, adnexae and cervical lengths, other relevant O&G topics and includes live scanning sessions.
The workshop will be supported by two monographers, and two Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists will also be helping on the day.
Registrations open by 24 May 2019.

This course is aimed at those who have completed the requirements of the Basic unit “Introduction to Neonatal Ultrasound Workshop” as per the regulations. Candidates will be introduced to more advanced concepts and teachings.
The Lung Ultrasound Module will be held on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th September 2019 and is incorporated into the Neonatal stream at the World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB) 2019 Congress, hosted by ASUM, in Melbourne (see the next event’s details below).
