I hope this eNews finds you well and surviving the mad sprint to Christmas! Whatever else you do this next week, please keep moving.

We are open right through Christmas and New Year, so wether it is an extra training session you are looking for, or you have a sore back from putting together that trampoline or bike and want some panel beating (physio) - give us a call.

Trading hours over Christmas/New Year

Apart from the main holidays the clinic will be open right through Christmas and New Year.  We are closed from 25th - 28th December, and then open the following hours;

Monday 28th December - CLOSED
Tuesday 29th December- 6:00am - 12:00pm
Wednesday 30th December - 6:00am - 12:00pm
Thursday 31st December - 6:00am - 12:00pm
Friday 1st January - CLOSED
Saturday 2nd January - CLOSED


Normal trading hours for 2015 resume from Monday 4th January.

Don't forget our online booking system for physiotherapy

Don't forget you can use our online booking system 24/7 to book physio appointments  - this is perfect over the next couple of weeks when you might need to book at short notice, or at a strange time .

Junior Gym

Places in our January school holiday intensive program are filling up fast.  

The Junior Gym program runs from Monday 11th January - Friday 22nd January - we have 1 week and 2 week program options.

If you are keen for your child to join this fantastic program, then call the clinic now to book your place.

St Vincent De Paul Christmas Appeal - Thank you!

A massive thank you to everyone who donated so generously to the St Vincent De Paul Christmas Appeal. There was quite a sizeable shipment that has made its way to help a lot of people this Christmas.  Thanks very much to Ellen for driving this wonderful initiative, and to everyone who contributed.
