![]() ![]() Important: Snow Days Please note – as the forecast is for snow next week, we will be keeping a close eye on the weather. As always, it is up to the parent/guardian to decide if they feel comfortable sending their child to school. We support and respect your decision. Our protocol for closing the school is to align our ‘snow day’ decisions with the public schools of SD 62. Announcements will be made on the SD 62 website and their Twitter and Facebook accounts. We will also send out an email from Managebac as soon as SD 62 has announced. ![]() A Message from our Head of School - Jerry Salvador Welcome back to Brookes and Happy 2020! I hope you all had a refreshing and joyful break with your family and loved ones. Our students have settled back into classes quickly and the school is abuzz with expectations for a great year. We have hit the ground running with lots of upcoming events and activities for our students and families this term. Please see below for some of the great activities we have coming up and to make sure you don’t miss out on an opportunity! Students have also been excited to find the new furniture and classroom layouts (see the pictures) that were put in place over the holiday. Our classrooms are designed to be dynamic learning environments where students can comfortably work alone, in groups or as a whole class.
