Are you struggling with an eating disorder? Sending Hope Issue #3 Hello , Happy Christmas to you! And if you don't celebrate Christmas, we hope you're enjoying the holidays. Whilst rest and time off is so important, we also know that this break can disrupt the momentum you might have built in your recovery journey. We've listed our favourite books, podcasts, websites and apps to help keep you moving forward in your recovery over the summer break. Remember that if you are unable to have supports with you during the holidays, there are helplines you can contact. The EDV Hub will be closed over Christmas reopening on Monday 6th January 2020, but here are some other helplines you can contact:
Don't forget to be kind to yourself today and over the break. If you encounter a setback in your recovery, it’s not the end of the world. Be compassionate and gentle in your response to it.
