The On-Time Application Period for Oakland public schools has officially come to a close and we are now in the Late Application Period. Although Late Applications won’t be eligible for the lottery, families who apply as soon as possible will get a higher position on the waitlist for the school of their choice.

• For charter schools, you can still apply online on OaklandSchoolFinder.org. Click on the ‘Apply to Charter Schools’ blue button to access the application
• For district schools, pick-up and submit your paper application for OUSD by visiting the Student Welcome Center, located at 746 Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA 94610
