Imposter Syndrome can impact first generation students and students of color especially hard and can be a significant barrier to engaging in courses and on campus. AnnouncementsCREWS Meetings All 2020 Scholars attending UC Santa Cruz, UC Merced, UC Davis , and UC Berkeley, should have touched base with their CREWS Leader by now. The CREWS Program offers on-site and online support to help you transition from high school to college. A CREWS Leader is an upperclassmen Scholar who currently attends your school. If you haven't yet, please email isabela@oaklandpromise.org to get in contact with their CREWS Leader. 2021-2022 FAFSA and Dream Act Applications are Available FAFSA and DREAM Act applications are now open! Indigenous Peoples’ Day, aims to celebrate and honor the past, present, and futures of Native peoples throughout the United States and acknowledges the legacy of colonialism, which has devastated Indigenous communities historically and continues to negatively impact them today.
