The Bind Audience Choice

The Bind recently screened at Adelaide Shorts Festival where it was voted Audience Choice for its screening session. It will also screen at this year’s Dungog Film Festival. The film, co-written by Edmund Jory and Director Michael Chrisoulakis [former Metro Screen Network Co-ordinator] and produced by Annmaree Bell [Metro Screen Cert IV graduate] is a psychological thriller about Carmen, a corporate lawyer, who is recovering from a horrific car accident.

The Burnt Cork

The Burnt Cork has won the Black Shorts Award for Best Indigenous Film at Adelaide Shorts Festival. The film was written and directed by Metro Screen alumni Alexandra Edmondson and produced by Cassie Kelly via Metro Screen's First Break 2010.
