Connectivity

Welcome to Meee Moments #78 – Connectivity is a Must!

As we move into the final chapter of 2025, this month we’re exploring the power of connectivity. The connections we hold, the ones we’ve lost, and the new ones waiting to be made.

Whether it's a connection with ourselves, with others, or with the natural world around us, we all crave that deep sense of belonging. Yet, in the busyness of life, it's easy to feel disconnected.

So let’s use this season to pause, reflect, and reconnect, with purpose, with joy, and with one another. Let’s celebrate the connections we’ve built and welcome new ones as we look ahead to 2026.

The image above is of the incredible Dan Biggar, who led a 3-day rugby workshop at Colwyn Bay Rugby Club: Dan Biggar’s Rugby Stars. My 9-year-old son attended and was absolutely buzzing by the end. On the final day, Dan arrived in person and brought immense energy and enthusiasm, connecting beautifully with every child, parent, and coach.

Watching him share his passion so openly was inspiring. I admired him as a player, but I admire him even more for his generosity and presence. Thank you, Dan, and thank you Yellow Days, for creating such a brilliant experience.

Here’s to a festive season full of meaningful moments. And to stronger, deeper connections in 2026.

#78 – The Power of Listening, Again

Just Meee Podcast | December 2025: A Year of Voices, Stories & Strength

This year, we've been honoured to sit down with ten remarkable individuals, each bringing something unforgettable: grit, wisdom, humour, vulnerability, purpose, and hope.

To close 2025, we’ve created a very special compilation episode, sharing highlights from the stories that moved us most.

From Anthea Rowan’s heartfelt reflections on dementia, to Nikki Varley’s healing through rap, and Ellen Roome’s fight for digital justice, these voices remind us how powerful one story can be.

You’ll hear from Martin Cosser, who turned unimaginable grief into knife crime awareness; from Gaz Jones, who found purpose in creativity and connection; and from Corey Hastings, who reminds us all to lead with heart and empathy.

Every voice this year has been a gift, and this final episode brings them together.

Thank you to all our guests. And to you, for listening.

Connection Is Everything.
How Will You Choose to Connect?

In a world moving faster than ever, connection is becoming both more precious.

And more fragile.

Technology links us instantly across continents. Yet at times, we feel more isolated than ever. True connection isn’t just about being online or in the same room, it’s about being present, engaged, and open.

Whether at home, at work, or in our communities, the connections we nurture shape our sense of meaning, belonging, and wellbeing.

But like everything meaningful, connection is a choice.

It’s a choice to look up from our screens.
A choice to check in with someone, not just scroll past.

A choice to really listen, to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

Connection requires time, intention, and care. But the rewards? Trust, empathy, joy, and growth.

Take a Minute™️ today: Who or what do you want to reconnect with?

And if you do, we’d love to hear from you. Tell us your story: connect@meee.global

"What you believe shapes what you see. When you change your mindset, you change the signs you notice — and the opportunities that find you."
Dr Tara Swart

Signs of the Season

The festive season means many things to many people. For some, it’s steeped in tradition, family, and celebration. For others, it may bring quiet reflection, grief, or a sense of disconnect.

Circumstances, beliefs, and memories all shape how this time of year feels.

In her brilliant book The Signs, Dr Tara Swart explores how the brain filters the world to show us what we’re open to seeing. When we’re truly connected to ourselves, through clarity, intention, and self-belief, we begin to notice more of the signs, synchronicities, and opportunities around us.

This festive period, take a moment to pause and notice. What are you being shown? What signs are guiding you toward connection, growth, or letting go?

Whether you celebrate with lights and laughter or prefer quiet solitude, may this season bring a sense of meaning, and the magic of seeing what’s been there all along.

As this year draws to a close, take a moment to notice the signs, trust your path, and honour what this season means to you, whatever your traditions, beliefs, or circumstances. Whether it’s quiet reflection, joyful celebration, or simply rest, may you find connection, peace, and purpose.

From all of us at Meee, we wish you a warm, joyful, and meaningful festive period, and a new year filled with hope, health, and possibility. xx

Find the Connections

Inspired by Chapter 14 of Meee in a Minute

Sometimes the pieces don’t make sense, until they do.

While running a Meee Programme at a college in North Wales, we met a young woman frustrated and disengaged. Her tourism course didn’t align with her dream of working in the music industry. Until she realised: it could.

With a little help, she connected the dots, from tourism, to hospitality, to Ibiza’s music scene. Her outlook changed. She passed the course, moved to Ibiza, and found her rhythm.

Take a Minute™️ today to map your interests and future goals. Look at your current situation: what skills, connections or experiences could serve you in ways you hadn’t yet seen?

Trust that your dots will connect.

Because sometimes, the future makes more sense when you look back.

Reconnect With Yourself

What if you gave yourself the space to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect, with your thoughts, your values, and the parts of yourself you’ve forgotten?

What if this season wasn’t just about slowing down, but about strengthening the connections that matter most, the one with yourself, with others, and with the world around you?

The My Meee app is designed to help you do just that.

With reflective exercises, mood tracking, and inspiring content, it offers a gentle space to tune back in, to your needs, your emotions, and your intentions, so you can rebuild meaningful connections in your everyday life.

Connection starts within.

When you reconnect with yourself, you reconnect more deeply with everything else.

This season, choose to come back to you.

Let the My Meee app support your journey toward clarity, calm, and connection. One minute at a time.
