Hello amazing change leaders! We’re excited to kick off the new year with NEW Enterprise Business Agility (EBA) insights for you. We’ve been really focused lately on ‘how to make a transformation stick’. We’ve seen organizations spend a ton of money and years of effort, but struggle to sustain what they’ve learned. That’s why we added the Make It Stick pillar to the EBA model a few years ago.

One of the Make-It-Stick competencies is Agile Talent. We’ve learned from experience that HR will need to play a truly strategic and critical role to sustain the transformation, but what will that look like? How can HR enable business agility? How can you educate and engage your HR partners on this journey?

I'm very proud to have contributed to the design of the new ICAgile Agile Talent certification designed specifically to address this gap, and finally provide a roadmap of the new role of HR in this new world of work.

We just completed our inaugural Agile Talent & HR workshop at our office and had a great turnout from senior HR leaders, transformation leaders, managers and change agents.
