Physics graduate student, Kallan Berglund, Climate and Diversity Award winner

Kallan Berglund, a third-year physics graduate student, received the Climate and Diversity Award on January 31, 2020. Among the efforts her nominator credited her for are expanding the Physics and Astronomy for Women (PAW) to PAW+ to signify that the organization is open to more than cisgender women. She is also part of leading a movement to enhance the environment in the physics buildings to make them more inclusive and create a sense of belonging for minority groups. Congratulations Kallan!
