Temple's Strategic Communications department is forming a student group to get their thoughts and ideas on how to build and strengthen community and connection during this unprecedented time. Would you like to participate and share your perspective and ideas? Student Community and Connection Group details:

  • WHAT: Regular check-ins to get your thoughts and ideas on building community and connection.
  • HOW: Via Zoom, email or other interactive tool
  • WHEN: A couple of times a year for regular check-ins and as-needed (infrequent) check-ins for important issues or topics.
  • WHY: Your input is critical as we navigate the uncharted waters of COVID19. You will be a part of thinking about Temple’s future. To thank you for your participation, we'll have Temple swag for you!

Fox alumnus Anthony Copeman will talk about his journey building Financial Lituation, a digital platform that promotes financial literacy among high school and college age audiences and includes creative approaches such as animation. His journey has landed him accolades like being named one of the “7 Black Millennial Experts to Follow on Instagram” by Black Enterprise.

The presentation will include his financial management expertise around Mindset, Movement, Money and Maintenance. Anthony is a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI).

Register for spring 2021 virtual immersions: Egypt and Turkey

Registration opens Tuesday, Nov. 17! Fox Virtual Immersions are three-credit elective courses within the IB 2509 course portfolio. To participate in a virtual immersion, you will need to enroll in the IB 2509 section for your destination. Learn more>>

 
1:1 Week

CSPD employer partners will be hosting 15-minutes time slots with Fox students to discuss leadership programs, internships, and post-graduate career opportunities. This is an informal opportunity to connect 1:1 with employers, learn more about a specific company, and grow your network. All appointments will take place via Zoom at the Fox CSPD Virtual Front Desk. Learn more about the participating employers and sign up for a timeslot.

Global Reach Global Teach

Join the virtual celebration of globalization at Temple University! Attend sessions throughout the week for discussions with the Temple Rome and Japan deans, as well as other international leaders, faculty, and students around the globe. We’ll discuss critical issues, such as global pandemic responses, the value of language learning, social movements and dissent, and pivoting creatively this year.
