Rethink Work
Rethink Work tackles one of the big problems employers face today: finding and keeping the best employees, especially at a time when young workers typically quit after only three years on the job.
Rethink Work stands out from other books in this category because the author is one of those young people: Eric Termuende, a rising star on the international speakers circuit. Instead of relying on the well-tread but often misguided notions that emerge from surveys, Termuende writes about the actual experiences of young people on the job. Termuende's advice is soothingly old fashioned. He says it's time to put away the devices, at least part of
the time, and start talking face to face with other people in the office.

Author Michelle Nedelec’s book, Business Ownership Mindset, shows you how the rules of the game are different than you thought they were. Be willing and open to seeing things in a way you’ve never seen them before and the world is your oyster. Available on Amazon.

Sports Luncheon
Join cc4ms for our most recent of the luncheon series celebrating men and leadership (formerly called "Magnificent Men"). Our leadership luncheon speakers are men from the Calgary community who have demonstrated leadership, often through adversity. Our upcoming luncheon is hosted by the Calgary Flames’ Brian Burke, introducing Matt Stajan. It is a sports theme event so wear a jersey from your favourite team (hockey or otherwise).
Any proceeds from the luncheon will go directly to providing counselling to male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Bring a friend! Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Video Services
Our dear friend, David Bonk has joined CBI to support short videos to promote the ‘event / fundraiser / award / book / business’ in our newsletter. If you have not met David yet, we strongly recommend it in the near future. Check out his Facebook posts with previous videos called, “Why Wednesday”. David interviewed Catherine and, although she felt nervous in advance, he made her feel completely comfortable and at ease, within a couple of minutes. There was zero preparation and it flowed perfectly. As we know, learning is best through video. Please contact David directly; you will be as impressed as we are!
