"Firstly , you did us extremely well and we had a really great holiday. Many thanks to you and your various team members who were involved both locally and on the ground in Thailand. The hotel in Chiang Mai was top class ; I would readily go back there tomorrow. I scored it a 9/10. Almost perfection - perhaps the omelettes at breakfast were a little bland ! .....but you get the overall impression ! The hotel in Pai is a gem. The manager Seb , who is English with a Thai wife , does a really good job and has a great happy team around him. He owns the hotel , in part , and built it , so it is a credit to him. It is very comfortable , with a great atmosphere and I especially enjoyed the place. I rated it 8/10 , only a tick below the Chiang Mai , but probably enjoyed it even
more. They had some lovely touches which showed how much thought went into things. The various people on the ground were all good , better than adequate at least and in certain cases a real pleasure - no criticism in this area at all and you can be confident , based on our experience , that all that side of things seems to work well. Importantly you organised a really good programme of things for us , all of which we greatly enjoyed. Overall we had a really great couple of weeks. We have come home with batteries really well charged and will be able to look back on many happy memories of A thoroughly good holiday. Well done everybody , and a huge thanks again to all concerned".
