Forge Farm Riding School - Pony Morning

The pony morning consists of a 1 hour riding lesson, instruction on how to groom, saddle and feed a pony and how to muck out a yard. The cost for this 3 hour activity is only $55/child. Mundaring Folk 'N' Blues Club

Friday 16 March
On the third Friday of every month, the Mundaring Folk 'n' Blues Club presents a wide variety of music, nominally in the "folk and blues" genre, but there is a wide variety of music, played LIVE. Entry $10 (sometimes higher for special acts).

Inaugural Blue Sky Festival

Saturday 17 March
Visit Mundaring for the very first Blue Sky Festival, to celebrate and understand how we can ensure a positive future for generations to come by living responsibly, with care for the natural environment.

The festival is a local, non-commercial and minimal waste event, based on themes of Energy, Water, Waste, Transport, Biodiversity, the built environment, local food.  It will include workshops and talks around these themes. There will also be stalls, music, food and fun activities for everyone.

Chidlow Hall Market Day - Twilight markets

This month there's another chance to enjoy Chidlow's Twilight Markets from 4pm-7pm.  Browse the beautiful range of local, handmade crafts, artworks, giftware, skincare, homemade jams, chutneys, cakes, locally grown fruit and veg, plants and more.

- Artists Sarah Elson, Bec Juniper, Andre Lipscombe, Desmond Woodley and Yvonne Zago express a deep connection to their environment in distinctly different ways, either through their cultural background, the nature of their materials and processes, or the subjectivity of their work.  Whilst Landscape is at the heart of the Shire of Mundaring Art Collection, this exhibition explores the nature of being and the landscape of the mind.

Gallery 2 Artists in Focus - Our connection to this place has been artistically recorded through the Shire’s Art Collection since they started collecting in 1986. The depiction of the landscape is at the heart of the Collection.

Forge Farm Riding - Sunday Twilight Trails

Saddle up at Forge Farm Riding School in Chidlow, then enjoy a leisurely 2 hour twilight trail ride along the beautiful KEP Track to Fettler’s Crossing in Wooroloo. On arrival you will be treated to a gourmet platter and wine, with time to relax in this stunning location.  Leave the horses at Fettler’s and be returned to your car at Forge Farm. This activity is suitable for any level of riding (beginners welcome), however a reasonable level of fitness is necessary. Cost $135.00/rider. Vouchers available.

Mundaring Weir Hotel - Sunday Sessions
