It was a fantastic night at the impressive venue of RSM Perth, which offered attendees sensational views of Elizabeth Quay, the Swan River and beyond. Guests enjoyed great food and excellent company throughout the evening as they caught up with friends and colleagues and made valuable new connections. Electronic Conveyancing National Law – SurveyIn 2011, all six States and the Northern Territory signed the Intergovernmental Agreement for an Electronic Conveyancing National Law (IGA) for developing, implementing and managing the regulatory framework for National E-Conveyancing. The Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council has engaged a consulting firm to undertake an independent review of the IGA’s operation and terms. A survey has been developed to gather information from a broad group of stakeholders. The survey will close on 17 February 2019.
