Sex is Safe After Heart Attack, Experts Report
If you or your partner have had a heart attack, you might feel wary about having sex again. Could sex trigger another one?
Chances are, it won't, In a recent report published by the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, German scientists wrote that having sex is about the same as taking a brisk walk or climbing two flights of stairs. (Of course, you should always check with your doctor to make sure sexual activity is safe for you.)
The team studied 536 people who had had a heart attack in the past. They asked questions about sexual activity in the year before the heart attack. Then, they followed the participants' health status for the next ten years.

Weight-Loss Surgery Might Boost Low Testosterone
A weight-loss operation called sleeve gastrectomy could normalize low testosterone levels in obese men.
Low testosterone can lead to sexual issues like low libido as well as fatigue, weakness, and moodiness. It's common in overweight men.
Stanford University scientists worked with 24 men who had the surgery, which reduces the size of the stomach by about 75%.
After the surgery, testosterone levels rose to the normal range for many patients.
