Transgender Women Satisfied With Breast Augmentation Results

Transgender women who undergo breast augmentation surgery are generally happy with their results, according to a study from the Netherlands. 

Researchers surveyed 773 trans women who were taking hormones to develop female sex characteristics. About 40% had also had breast augmentation surgery. 

Of those, about 80% said they were satisfied with surgery, but about a third reported implant-related health issues.

Supplement Recall! 

Dietary supplement manufacturer Med Man Distribution has voluntarily recalled two of its products: Up2 and Bow and Arrow libido enhancer.

Men should stop using these products, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reported. 

FDA scientists discovered undeclared sildenafil in each product. 

Sildenafil is the active ingredient in the erectile dysfunction (ED) drug Viagra.

Intervention Supports Couples After Prosate Cancer

Researchers have designed a new web-based intervention for couples coping with the sexual side effects of prostate cancer treatment. 

The 6-module program was tested by twelve couples who were interviewed for a recent study.
