We’re delighted to announce we’ve created a new and simple way for students from anywhere around the globe to get in contact with you!
Students trying to find an authorised University of Tasmania agent just need to go to UTAS World, our new Global Agent Network site.
All students have to do is click their country or city on the map or type in the name of their country in the search box – it’s as easy as that!

New pathway into Medicine – via Bachelor of Medical Research

We are delighted to announce that students who miss out on direct entry into a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (“Medicine”) now have an alternative graduate pathway open to them: the Bachelor of Medical Research (“MedRes”) at the University of Tasmania. We’ve put together a fact-sheet for you so you can answer student questions about how they may be able to gain entry to a medicine degree at UTAS through this pathway.

100% Employment Outcomes for Pharmacy Graduates

IMAS opens up an ocean of possibilities for international student Alex

Since she was a little girl, international student Alex Johne has had two dreams: to study in Australia; and to explore her fascination of the ocean. At the time they seemed like lofty aspirations for the Munich native as she says no universities in Germany offered degrees in the topic she had her heart set on: marine biology.
