The exhibition celebrates the life and work of Beatrix Potter and her connection with the Eskdale valley and will be on display from 20th March.

Carriage Development survey

We are  applying for funding to work up carriage prototypes which will eventually replace all of our rolling stock. We are also looking to implement changes to existing designs and develop new prestige carriages. Its all about the journey! We would value your opinion and if you could take a few moments to complete our survey to find out what you would like us to do, we would appreciate it. Thank you. Home Baked Treats

A  selection of home baked treats in store this year as our cafes ramp up their local produce daily special menus in addition to the  fresh pies and cakes baked right here in our Station bakeries. Early Bird specials or in a hurry then Grab "n" Go but we think the best way to enjoy the FREE Wi-Fi at both cafes is to stay a little longer and enjoy the trackside views. Looking for something different for a special occasion, experience food heaven with a Cream Tea & Steam or Eskdale Belle Gift Experience. Book online here

Ravenglass Railway Museum - Volunteers Wanted!

The Ravenglass Railway Museum is looking for volunteers to get involved with its Heritage Lottery-funded re-development and extension. If you’d be interested in helping restore historic rolling stock for display or cataloguing and digitising the fascinating photographic collections, please contact Peter Mills volunteer co-ordinator for the Preservation society. View the Ravenglass Railway Museum website here. We regret the museum will have to close for a period when these works commence.
