Saturdays 4 & 18 September (fortnightly)
The new Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market celebrates garden and fresh produce with some amazing local businesses.

Located near Sculpture Park, currently fortnightly on Saturday mornings (once there are more stall holders on board it is planned for this to switch to a weekly markets).

String Necklaces Workshop with Annette Nykiel

Join slow-maker Annette Nykiel and learn how to finger ply string and make a multi-strand necklace adorned with beads, feathers or found objects inspired by Nalda Searles and her exhibition Finders Keepers, currently showing at Mundaring Arts Centre.

Eagle View Highlights at Twilight with The Hike Collective

Sunday 5 September
Explore John Forrest National Park with this 6km guided hike on the incredible Eagle View Trail to the magnificent lookout and return. Climb snaking trails leading to elevated vistas along the Darling Scarp.

Darlington Chamber Music 2021 Winter Series

Rotary Mundaring Sunday Markets

Sunday 12 September

Perth Hills Artisan Markets - The biggest artisan market around!

Sunday 12 September
The place to find gorgeous WA handmade goods with the largest collection of artists, woodworkers, potters, jewellers, clothing and toy makers, gourmets, wine and gin producers under one roof. This month there are over 140 stalls, so you are sure to be spoilt for choice!  Free face painting with Vanessa from 11am.

Mundaring Folk n Blues Club

Friday 17 September
This month's guest act is Canadian-born, award winning professional pianist, singer-songwriter Robert Graham. Awarded a scholarship by Shire of Mundaring as a youth, this musical journeyman has performed in theatre productions across North America, toured the UK with Canadian supergroup "Tanglefoot". Joining Robert is Peter Bugden, raconteur and comic identity, plus local contemporary duo Izzy and Alex and the "Scotland in Australia" quintet, Hot Toddy featuring 3 fiddles, cello and piano.

Mundaring District Museum - Open All Hours exhibition

Exhibition runs through to March 2022
Mundaring Hills Historical Society's ‘Open All Hours’ exhibition tells the story of shops and shopping in the Shire of Mundaring, from the 1880s to the 1980s – a time when most shops were still family-run businesses that were an integral part of the community. Featuring items from Wells General Store, a Mundaring institution between 1911 and 1958. Bibbulmun Track - Wildflower Wander

Enjoy the beauty of the spring flowers as you spend three days hiking in one of the most scenic sections of the Bibbulmun Track.  Starting from Mundaring you will be amazed at the scenery each day has to offer – the mysterious boulders, the expansive views and the misty mornings.

A crucial figure in the development of contemporary fibre sculpture in Australia over four decades, Nalda Searles shares her extraordinary approach to craft. This pivotal exhibition showcased as part of the inaugural Indian Ocean Craft Triennial, embraces previous and new works and demonstrates Searles’ role as the instigator of an innovative art movement utilising Australian plant fibre and found objects.

Indian Cooking Classes in the Perth Hills
