LOOK OUTSIDE THE BOX FOR CREATIVE TALENT
In a recent Campaign Brief article, the DDB Worldwide Creative Chief Amir Kassaei wrote about the current talent shortage in the ad agency world, in which he noted that a lot of the best talent doesn’t always come from traditional advertising backgrounds.
A similar pattern can be seen in ADMA’s own comparable course – Creative School – in which a good proportion of the course’s young participants are from diverse backgrounds. In fact the winner of last year’s best student award, Charlie Grant, made a career switch from architect to agency creative.

DATA SCIENCE IS THE NEW 'ROCKET SCIENCE'
