I can’t believe another three months has passed, it’s almost winter and it’s time for our quarterly seniors forum again!  

Our upcoming seniors forum in May is looking at the topic of ‘healthy minds’ and our expert guest is Miriam Cocking from Seniors Information Service, a charitable organisation that specialises in providing information, support, programs and advice to senior South Australians.

Ms Cocking’s presentation will include how to deal with grief and loss, emotional health, and the positive impact that physical activity can have. I am sure this will be an interesting and varied topic and, as always, you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Attending the forum is free, but there is the option to give a gold coin donation to the Cancer Council of South Australia. Our last collection raised $147.35 for Brighton Parkinson’s Support Group.
