Victoria Bridge Closed from Tonight 6 Feb to 9 Feb

Due to resurfacing works, the Victoria Bridge will be closed to motorists from 10pm Friday 6 February to 5am Monday 9 February, weather and construction conditions permitting. Traffic control arrangements will be set up from 8pm this Friday. Motorists are required to detour around the bridge via the William Jolly Bridge and the Pacific Motorway. 

Road closures:
•The Victoria Bridge will be entirely closed to motorists between Melbourne Street, South Brisbane and Queen Street, Brisbane. 
•North Quay and William Street will be closed to through traffic between Ann Street and Elizabeth Street, Brisbane (local access only).
•Melbourne Street will be closed to through traffic between Grey Street and Merivale Street, South Brisbane.

Southpoint Early Morning Works

Early morning works have been granted for concrete pouring to the Southpoint Development Site on Grey St, South Brisbane.

The dates and times this will take effect are as follows:

•         Thursday 12th February 2015 from 05:30am
•         Friday 13th February 2015 from 05:30am.

Noise levels will be kept to a minimum.
