Many MRI facilities are relying on outdated analog systems to communicate with patients and maintain visibility. Meet the Axis Q9307-LV, the first IP camera certified as MRI Conditional. It enables safe, clear patient monitoring directly from the control room.

This focus on practical innovation traces back to Martin Gren, inventor of the network camera, and continues as Axis expands its capabilities, including the recent acquisition of the FF Group to strengthen license plate recognition (LPR) and traffic analytics.

Smarter Video Review

Project Hafnia is Milestone’s next step in bringing generative AI directly into XProtect. Built with NVIDIA on Milestone’s Hafnia Vision Language Model, it helps teams review video faster by summarizing incidents, validating alarms to cut down false positives, and turning clips into clear, usable reports.

Early results show up to a 30% reduction in alarm fatigue, keeping operators focused on what matters. Trained on ethically sourced video data and deployable on-prem or in the cloud, Hafnia is a practical move forward for real-world video operations.

NetBox Global 4.0 

NetBox Global 4.0 is now available and introduces updates designed for teams managing access control at scale, including improved alarm visibility across systems and a refreshed user experience. Because this is a major release, it requires some planning rather than a simple upgrade.
