Bursaries and Scholarships

With semester 2 approaching, don’t forget to promote these important scholarships and bursaries:

  • Health relocation bursaries
    Valued at up to A$3,000, these are available to eligible commencing students in either the Bachelor of Pharmacy or the Master of Pharmaceutical Science.
  • 100% and 50% Dean of Law’s Merit Scholarships closing soon 
    The application deadline for the second semester round of these scholarships is fast approaching. Final reminders will be going out next week. Another round of scholarships will be available for the semester 1, 2019 intake. Don’t let students interested in studying law miss out!

We will be announcing some additional new scholarships shortly so check your inbox regularly.

Introducing Mona Maleki – our new Regional Development Officer

Africa and Middle East

Mona completed her Bachelor of Business and Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Tasmania as an international student. This lead onto a successful two years as an accountant. During this time Mona successfully become an Australian citizen before returning to the University of Tasmania as a Regional Development Officer with the International Recruitment team.

South Asia and South America

Kyle has been a student advisor and student support officer for a number of years in Australia providing domestic students with assistance in all aspects of university life. He is an alumnus of the University of Tasmania and now works for the South Asia recruitment team.
