Introducing Cascadia, Novelty Hill's First Limited Release Bordeaux Blend
Winemaker Mike Januik's artistry at the blending table achieves new heights with the release of Novelty Hill's 2013 Cascadia, the winery's first Bordeaux blend, assembled using the finest lots of the vintage. Cascadia is a blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon from Quintessence Vineyard on Red Mountain as well as 41% Merlot and 2% Malbec, both from Novelty Hill's estate vineyard Stillwater Creek. In addition to Cascadia, your spring Cellar Circle selection also includes these limited wines: 2013 Januik Weinbau Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, 2013 Januik Reserve Red; and 2013 Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Vineyard Grenache.
