Book review: How to Measure Anything

How to Measure Anything states that - like the title already gives away - anything can be measured. By offering straightforward and easy-to-follow examples the author Douglas W. Hubbard shows you how you can measure things in your business you may have considered 'immeasurable' until now, with a focus on uncertainty and risk.

Via Hubbard Decision Research you can download some spreadsheets from chapters of the book for free.
