Welcome to the first Progress Matters for 2014!

Many of our Progress clients have told me they are focusing on coaching and developing their team’s interpersonal skills this year.

It is probably no surprise to you that interpersonal skills are critical in any workplace.  Research clearly shows that people who lack the ability to relate effectively to others cause tension and challenges for their co-workers, customers and their organisation, not to mention inhibiting their own careers.

As you know the Progress team is passionate about helping people develop effective interpersonal skills.  Our BEST programs introduce participants to concepts and ideas for interpersonal effectiveness and our new Social Styles programs and coaching engage participants in self-development and understanding how to become more productive with others in the workplace.
